Panasonic PAN4620 IEEE 802.15.4 and Bluetooth® 4.2 Low Energy (BLE) Module is a dual-mode Wireless Internet of Things (IoT) Module, based on the NXP Semiconductors Kinetis KW41Z SoC (System on Chip). The PAN4620 Module can be operated in stand-alone mode and hosted mode, for maximum flexibility. With 512kB flash memory and 128kB SRAM, the PAN4620 can easily be used as a stand-alone controller eliminating the need for an external processor. However, also the integration of 802.15.4 and BLE connectivity into existing applications can easily be achieved when using the PAN4620 in hosted mode.
